ABOUT ME

Design Thinker, Mad Strategist, Empath:
Connecting the dots between Data, Insights, Strategy & Execution
Lindsay spent her early career working in Germany and Spain immersed in culture and language, and turning every job into a cultural exploration of what makes people tick. Understanding people in the context of their environment has always been a skill and a hobby. And Lindsay’s love for data surfaced while completing her M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Medill, Northwestern University where she spent too much time reading Mintel reports and MRI runs for fun (don’t judge). Lindsay merges these skills by finding stories in the data, making the data about people again, and showing clients new ways to understand and approach their customers.
Lindsay plays an integral role in helping clients connect the dots between data, insights, strategy and execution. As an ideation facilitator, she helps clients craft their knowledge about their business and media into consumer experiences that meet business KPIs. As an insights manager, she helps clients develop and refine targets and transforms insights into strategic direction. As a consumer researcher, she leads segmentation and consumer journey studies that provide new learnings to her clients, and helps them develop innovative and effective ways to reach their targets. As a CX director, she provider clients with an end-to-end view of the customer journey and helps to identify and prioritize opportunity areas and solutions.
Her agency-based career has allowed her to be allocated across multiple clients, and she’s gained expertise in multiple categories:
Beer (MillerCoors)
CPG (ConAgra, Meijer, John Frieda)
Electronics (Bosch, iRobot)
Financial Services (Citi, 5/3 Bank)
Healthcare (Mayo Clinic, AbbVie)
Home Improvement (Ace Hardware, Delta Faucet)
Industrial (Vermeer)
Kids/Moms (Nickelodeon, Mattel, Mead Johnson)
Non-Profit (Water 4, Charity Water)
Retail (Ace Hardware, Yeti Coolers, NAPA)
Pets (Purina)
QSR (Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Red Lobster, CiCi’s Pizza)
Outside of work, Lindsay can probably be found contemplating a DIY home improvement project, exploring the zoo with her kids (ages 3,5, and 7), planning her next trip, or enjoying a Green Line and grilling out in her backyard.
